Meet T.J. Rodeffer - Communication Intern
TJ Rodeffer is a Communication major at the University of Cincinnati pursuing certificates in Sport Media & Promotion and Organizational Leadership. As a member of the Rigid Sustainable Solutions team, TJ leads the company’s marketing and communications efforts, managing the company website, developing LinkedIn content, creating presentations and marketing materials, and supporting partnerships with customers and Miami University. Working from Rigid Sustainable Solutions’ Oxford, Ohio facility, he helps communicate the company’s mission of advancing sustainable fiber-based packaging technologies through clear, engaging, and impactful storytelling.
Meet Coen Reed - Engineering & Innovation Intern
Coen Reed is a Mechanical Engineering student at Miami University serving as an Engineering and Innovation Intern at Rigid Sustainable Solutions. With experience in the paper industry, research and development, and self-led engineering projects, Coen brings a strong technical foundation and a passion for hands-on problem solving. He enjoys combining engineering expertise with creativity to develop innovative solutions and is always eager to apply his existing skills while continuing to learn and grow through new challenges.
Meet Joseph Horton -Engineering Technology Intern
Joseph Horton is an Engineering Technology student at Miami University with a concentration in Electrical and Computer Engineering. As an Engineering Technology Intern at Rigid Sustainable Solutions, Joseph supports the development and implementation of innovative manufacturing solutions while expanding his technical expertise in engineering and sustainable packaging. With several years of hands-on experience in retail operations, he brings a dependable work ethic, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset to the team. Passionate about learning and continuous improvement, Joseph is excited to contribute to projects that help advance Rigid Sustainable Solutions' mission of creating more sustainable manufacturing technologies.
