Meet T.J. Rodeffer - Communications Intern
TJ Rodeffer is a Communication major at the University of Cincinnati, pursuing a certificate in Sport Media and Promotion. At Rigid Sustainable Solutions, TJ is leading the development of the company’s digital communication presence. His work includes designing and building the company website, shaping key messaging, and supporting marketing and branding efforts across multiple platforms.
Working onsite at the company’s Oxford, Ohio location, TJ’s internship reflects Rigid Sustainable Solutions’ commitment to cultivating forward-thinking communicators who can translate complex sustainability and packaging innovations into compelling, accessible content.
Meet Fiona Bolmida - Engineering & Innovation Intern
Fiona Bolmida is an Engineering Management student at Miami University, currently serving as the Engineering & Innovation Intern at Rigid Sustainable Solutions. Based onsite in Oxford, Fiona contributes to product development by providing hands-on engineering support, including AI-assisted design and physical prototyping. With a strong foundation in additive manufacturing and mechanical design, she brings technical depth and creative thinking to projects focused on sustainable packaging innovation. Fiona’s role reflects Rigid’s commitment to advancing next-generation solutions through practical, forward-thinking collaboration.
